Tangoe, Inc., a globally acclaimed provider of Connection Lifecycle Management software and services, has engaged the expertise of ArchiChord to create a visionary conceptual design for their forthcoming headquarters in Orange, CT. The primary objective of this project is to craft an architectural marvel that will stand as a remarkable and distinguishable landmark, nestled adjacent to the I-95 highway. Careful consideration was given to selecting this strategic site, which situates the building on the outskirts and grants panoramic vistas of a serene wooded wetland and the bustling thoroughfare of I-95. The four-story office building will captivate onlookers with its innovative and imaginative design, featuring a fusion of gracefully curved and artistically tilted walls that emanate an aura of dynamism and individuality. Moreover, environmental sustainability takes precedence, as the structure incorporates an energy-efficient glass façade, demonstrating a commitment to reducing its ecological impact. Encompassing an impressive total gross area of approximately 80,400 square feet, the headquarters will provide ample space for productivity and collaboration. Additionally, the premises will offer the convenience of 320 car parking spaces, ensuring ease of access for both employees and visitors. This ambitious architectural endeavor not only showcases innovation but also embraces environmental consciousness, solidifying Tangoe's vision for the future.
